Physical Items/Goods


*All Sales Are Final*

*Items that are eligible for exchange must be postmarked and shipped for return to store within 7 days of receiving the original order.

*Exchange is only available on defective items. A defective item is manufacturer damage only.

*If an exchange is needed please email contact.wanderingsparrow@gmail.com put EXCHANGE and the name of the item in the subject line. Email must contain full detail and image evidence of defective item.

Exchange shipping will not be covered by Wandering Sparrow Tarot. Customer covers the cost of shipping to Wandering Sparrow Tarot for exchange.

Once the desired exchange item is received, the item will be inspected for manufacture defects. Item will be exchanged and shipped to customer within 7 days from item being received by Wandering Sparrow Tarot.

*Wandering Sparrow Tarot is not responsible for damaged or lost items during shipping/transit by shipping company, nor is Wandering Sparrow Tarot responsible for lost or stolen items from the delivery address. A refund will not be issued for lost, stolen, or items damaged by shipping or third parties.

*Customer will cover the cost of shipping for items that are being returned for exchange. Customer will not be reimbursed for exchange shipping cost. One time exchange only.

Readings, Coaching Sessions & Consultations

*All sales are final for all readings, coaching sessions, and consultations. Readings, coaching sessions, and consultations, may be rescheduled or regifted, this must specified in communication with seller (Wandering Sparrow Tarot) upon purchase.
